The room was wonderful and the bed was cozy. The staff was lovely and great with advice and suggestions. Excellent breakfast and other services were nice. Spa was available. The location was great and quiet, in the rainforest! Had tea and goodies at Sau Pau Cafe, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

The restaurant was spacious at the ground floor of the hotel, I tried excellent dishes. The views to executive sea view were romantic, thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was good and absolutely perfect, walking distance to the attractions like a main street and a mosque, and others.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow tbh and there was very hard bed in my room.

It was fairly clean with fantastic friendly and cooperative staff at the reception desk. This modern hotel was in very central location close to two major shopping malls.

We were in airy twin room. Magnificent and peaceful location on waterfront was a plus.

As for me, the area was quite poor.

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with computer and amazing view, as example; everyone is welcome here. A shower, hair dryers, and a bidet was a plus. The location was favourable and perfect as for me, very close to center of Miri city Sarawak and Imperial Mall and surrounding nightlife.

Truly enjoyed my stay. Had a really comfortable stay with Excellent room decoration services, glad I've chosen it. The location was very central, not far from great local seafood restaurants and Near shops, and there were a main street and a mosque walking distance to the venue. In Country Chicken rice, located nearby I had Halal meals. The double room was new-fashioned and airy.

High-class place with experienced and reasonably good staff that will attend to your request, enjoyed it. The restaurant was comfortable at the lobby, we ordered delicious dishes. The hotel met requests, we will be back.

The location turned out to be excellent, close enough to centre of city, and close to many cafes.

Liked this brand-new hotel, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was well-maintained, including polite and understanding staff that will attend to your request. The restaurant was nice at the ground floor of the property here, I had hot dishes. Enjoyed watching the river from the window. The location was great in the central area. I was surprised at nearby Sau Pau Bakery Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.
